About The Disruptive Realm

We're Not Just Here to Help Start Ups Thrive
We're Here to Ensure the Founder Thrives Too

Entrepreneurship isn’t just a strategy game – it’s a mental marathon. Behind every pitch deck and prototype is a human navigating stress, self-doubt, and emotional strain. That’s where we come in.

At TDR we don’t just coach you on business – we coach the whole founder – your mindset, your energy, your confidence, your capacity to lead and recover. We provide the tools, strategies, and mental health-informed support you need to move forward without burning out.

This isn’t fluffy wellness talk – it’s founder survival. And it’s built into the DNA of how we train, coach, and collaborate.

Our Mission

To champion founder wellbeing as the foundation for entrepreneurial success -equipping people with the clarity, confidence, and capability to build impactful ventures without burning out.

We believe:

Entrepreneurship can be taught. The myth of the “born entrepreneur” holds too many people back. With the right mindset, skills, and support, anyone can build something extraordinary.

People, planet, and profit can coexist. We champion founders who want to build businesses that matter – without sacrificing financial success.

Wellbeing is business strategy Burnout, imposter syndrome, and uncertainty are real. We tackle founder wellbeing alongside business fundamentals because resilient founders build resilient companies.

Who We Work With:

Entrepreneurs:
Coaching and support to help you build, grow, and stay resilient.

Universities:
Scalable entrepreneurship programs and spinout support.

Accelerators & Incubators:
High-impact training and coaching for your cohorts.
